Our standard pick-up point is Camana Bay, and most trips depart from there. If Camana Bay is inconvenient for your group, we are also happy to arrange pick-ups from anywhere we can get the boat into — just ask when you book. Guests should arrive no less than 10 minutes before departure.

If the Captain cancels your charter because of weather or sea conditions, you’ll be offered a new date or a full refund, including your deposit. The Captain’s decision is final, and charters aren’t cancelled because of guest preference about conditions.

We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard, and bank transfer, which avoids the 5% card surcharge. A 10% non-refundable deposit, paid online when you book, secures your date. The balance isn’t charged automatically: contact us to pay it by card or bank transfer no later than 14 days before your charter (30 days for peak dates).

Cancel more than 30 days before your charter and the deposit is forfeited; from 30 days to 72 hours, 50% of the charter fee is charged; within 72 hours, 100%. Peak dates (20 December–5 January and Easter week) use 60- and 30-day tiers instead. One reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice is free. See the full booking & cancellation policy.

Gratuity isn’t included in the charter fee and is entirely at your discretion. You’ll be invited to add one at the end of the charter, by cash or card. Corporate bookings are the exception: a 17% gratuity is added to the charter fee.

On Bamboozled, for ultimate comfort we suggest up to 14 guests; maximum capacity is 30. On Mojito Majic, we suggest up to 8 guests; maximum capacity is 10.

All charters include fresh towels, music (Bluetooth available), WiFi, snorkel gear, life jackets, snorkel vests and noodles, and food for the rays. Fishing charters include all tackle and bait. Food platters, light snacks and drinks are included — see our catering page for more.

Yes. Surfside doesn’t sell alcohol, but you’re welcome to bring your own, or order beer, wine or champagne through one of our catering partners and it will be delivered to the boat with your food.
