WHERE DO THE TRIPS DEPART FROM
All trips depart from Camana Bay, which is centrally located in the heart of the world-famous Seven Mile Beach, off West Bay Road just minutes away from the major hotels. Guests should arrive no less than 10 Minutes before departure. Pick up from Kaibo are available upon request for an additional $250.
HOW DO WE PAY?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard. A USD $500 deposit is required. Tips may be made with cash or credit.
WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER?
Surfside Charters reserves the right to cancel charters due to weather conditions, refunds will be provided in the case of inclement weather.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
72 Hours: 50%, 48 Hours: 100%
Credit Card number an USD $500 deposit is required to hold charter bookings (MC/VISA/AMEX)
5% Surcharge for Credit Card transactions
SUNSCREEN
We recommend you bring your own reef-safe sunscreen lotion but please refrain from sunscreen spray for your own safety. This can not only go into the water but also will makes the boat slick and dangerous.
