WHERE DO THE TRIPS DEPART FROM

All trips depart from the Cayman Islands Yacht Club, which is centrally located in the heart of the world famous Seven Mile Beach, off West Bay Road just minutes away from the major hotels. Guests should arrive no less than 10 Minutes before departure.

WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER?

Surfside Charters reserves the right to cancel charters due to weather conditions, refunds will be provided in the case of inclement weather.

HOW DO WE PAY?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard. A USD $500 deposit is required. Tips may be made with cash or credit.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

72 Hours: 50%, 48 Hours: 100%
Credit Card number an USD $500 deposit is required to hold charter bookings (MC/VISA/AMEX)
5% Surcharge for Credit Card transactions

GRATUITIES

Corporate Groups/Bookings: For corporate bookings we add 17% gratuities on the total bill.
Tourists & Residents: Gratuities is not added automatically but very much appreciated by our hard-working crew. Gratuities can be paid either in cash or put on the card at the end of the charter.
